2024 Portland Metro Chapter Board Elections

Elections will be held on June 11, 2024 for these Board Member positions for the 2024 - 2026 Term:

  • Secretary
  • Vice President of Professional Development
Chapter Members in good standing* can vote via this link by 6:45 pm Pacific Time on June 11, 2024.
You will need your IIBA Membership number in order to vote. 
*You must be an active IIBA Member with Portland Metro selected as your chapter. 
 

Meet the Candidates

Secretary - Gabe Vaught

Gabe Vaught is a senior Business Systems Analyst and Product Owner with almost 14 years of business analysis experience in the logistics, finance, apparel and public utilities industries and roughly 25 in the IT industry at large. He graduated from the University of Portland with a BS in Operations and Technology Management and his projects have focused or relied heavily on data modeling, analytics, statistical process analysis, supply chain and project management. Gabe also applies his analytical background to a 23-year career in the US Army Reserves. While being an IIBA member, Gabe is pursuing obtaining his CBAP certification. In his free time, he is a passionate Outrigger Canoe paddler and sits on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
 
Gabe is running for re-election as Secretary of the Portland Chapter of the IIBA because he is passionate about the IIBA mission and has seen first hand how it and the Portland chapter specifically has helped the careers of multiple of his peers and coworkers, and continuously strives to bolster and promote the Business Analysis profession in the greater Portland Metropolitan Area.

Vice President (VP) of Professional Development - Brennan List 

Brennan has 6 years experience as a Business Analyst and BI Developer. He has a BS in Sports Business from Northern Kentucky University and a MS in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University. Brennan is a member of the IIBA and is also AAC certified. Brennan is passionate about personal finance, playing guitar, attending concerts, Cincinnati sports teams, and Pedalpalooza bike events around Portland in the summer.
