Fall into Lean Coffee
 Sep 09, 2025 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM UTC-07:00
Fall into Lean Coffee with the Portland Metro IIBA Chapter! Fall is here and we'd like to talk about what you want to talk about! Bring any topics you would like to share or learn more about. We will use Miro for our board. This event requires everyone to participate. What is Lean Coffee? Lean Coffee is a structured but informal way to have group discussions without a set agenda. At the start, everyone suggests topics they’d like to talk about. The group then votes on which ideas are most interesting or important, and those become the focus of the conversation. We’ll start with the top-voted topic, discuss it for a short, time-boxed period, and then decide together whether to keep going or move on. This keeps the discussion focused and ensures everyone’s time is spent on what matters most. Lean Coffee is a great way to share ideas, ask questions, and learn from others in a collaborative and engaging format. All you need to bring is your curiosity and willingness to join the conversation!
