Traceability - Why Connecting the Dots is Important
How do you ensure that you deliver a quality solution that meets the business needs? Traceability! How do you ensure your product or project aligns with organizational goals? Traceability! In this session you will learn about enterprise traceability and requirements traceability, and how these concepts can be applied in agile, waterfall and even scrummerfall methodologies. If you don't have software that can help you manage traceability, don't worry, templates and examples of how to use spreadsheets for traceability will be shared.
