Product ownership and product management are becoming increasingly hot topics within organizations. Yet the two terms are often confused, and there can be real uncertainty over how business analysis (and BAs) should fit into the picture. This interactive and conversational webinar you’ll hear:

• Why the definition of “product” is an important starting point that is too often overlooked
• The difference between Product Ownership and Product Management and how business analysis fits in

Presenter:

Kevin Brennan is a globally recognized expert in product management, business architecture, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise design. He was formerly the EVP, Product Management and Development at IIBA Global where he led the creation and development of the Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) and IIBA’s other professional development programs. He is a Professor at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada and is currently completing his Master’s degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Penn State University. He is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PSPO, PSM, CBAP, and PMP.
