BA Practice Lab
What Would You Do?
The stakeholder says they know exactly what they need.
Ten minutes into the conversation, you realize...
They don't.
Now what?
Welcome to the BA Practice Lab.
No presentation.
No sitting back and listening.
No perfect answers.
Just a room of people tackling the kinds of messy situations Business Analysts face every day.
You’ll get a scenario. You’ll choose your approach. Then we’ll change the rules.
A stakeholder pushes back. New information appears. The deadline changes.
What do you do now?
Compare approaches. Steal a great idea from another BA. Share one of your own. Meet some people. Have some fun.
Real situations. Real BA skills. Real people.
