We will be meeting in the GeekEasy, which is reserved from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm for our chapter event. This private event space features a big screen with 12 console hook-ups, surround sound and Guitar/Band Hero. Console list includes: PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, NES, SNES, Sega Genesis with CD, N64, Wii/Gamecube, Sega Saturn.
Admission (covered by the chapter) includes gaming in the whole bar!
Food and drinks that are available for purchase include:
- Tiki themed drinks, mocktails, beer, cider, wine
- Asian dishes that include vegan, vegetarian and GF options

- Members - Free
- Non-Members - $10
IIBA members: You must login to our website in order to register for free. Click Member Login in the upper right corner. Your login and password is the same as your IIBA login. If you are logged in, it will auto-populate your name and email address when registering. If you have to fill out your name and email address, you aren't logged in.
If you can't attend in person, but are a chapter member that wishes to vote, you can do so by visiting our Elections page on June 17th, 2025.
We will be taking pictures to post to social media during the event. If you prefer not to have your picture taken, simply put a red dot on your name badge.
