Learn from the performing arts how to gain trust and collaborate with your audience!

Join us virtually for our April IIBA Portland Metro Chapter Event

Presentation:

Innovation conversations frequently reference the performing arts. Conversations tussle about structured documentation, and clamor for more psychological safety. This session shows how these three topics are elegantly entwined. The performing arts include high-trust ensembles collaborating with their audience in mind. Some rehearsals and performances warrant recordings, replaying, and referencing again. Some collaborations should leave no trace! Fear squashes innovation, empathy, and creativity. A courageous, coachable ensemble reliably creates a wonderful, profitable customer experience.
Takeaways:
  • Habits to imitate your favorite performing art
  • Specific documentation to opt-in, opt-out, and navigate skeptics
  • Distinguishing what good looks like versus when to grab some popcorn
