Agile Software Development and the Agile Fluency Model: An Introduction, Overview, & AMA
In a fast-paced talk, Diana Larsen will cover a brief history of Agile Software Development, through its current incarnations, up to and including the Agile Fluency Model. You will play a short game using the model as a way to reflect on your own teams (current or past) and consider the best way forward to create value for your organization. 

A visionary pragmatist, Diana Larsen is Chief Relationship Builder at the Agile Fluency™ Project (http://agilefluency.org). She also leads the practice area for Agile software development, team leadership, and Agile transitions at FutureWorks Consulting (https://futureworksconsulting.com). Diana is co-author of the books Agile Retrospectives: Making Good Teams GreatLiftoff: Start and Sustain Successful Agile Teams; Five Rules for Accelerated Learning; and co-originator of the Agile Fluency™ model  For more than 20 years Diana has worked with leaders to design work systems, improve project performance, and support team, leader, and enterprise agility.
